1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
1.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you contract as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
This period shall commence on the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple deliveries that complete the same order, the calculation will begin when you receive the last of the products.
1.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must unequivocally notify us of your decision (e.g. by letter sent by post or email) before the end of the 14-day period.
You can use the Withdrawal Form model included in the Annex (it is not mandatory, but recommended to speed up the process). Please provide the order number and your contact details to facilitate identification of the purchase.
1.3. Consequences of withdrawal
Payment refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs for the cheapest mode of delivery we offer. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide reliable proof of your return, whichever condition is met first.
Means of payment of the refund: it will be made in the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise.
Exclusion of additional costs: If you chose a different and more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, we will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs for that more expensive delivery.
1.4. Return of goods
You must return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Unless you agree to deliver directly to our facilities, the direct cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
It is advisable to ship with a courier service with tracking and secure packaging, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transport due to insufficient packaging.
1.5. Decrease in value of assets
You will be liable for the diminution in value of the goods if you have handled them beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics or functioning.
Example: in 3D printing filaments, opening the seal and using the filament is considered a use beyond mere inspection; It may result in a reduced refund or denial of a return if the product is not suitable for sale as new.
2. Return of non-defective products (filaments)
14-day period: you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase of the filament and communicate your decision to Figutech.
Condition of the products: to accept the return without penalty, the filament must be unopened (original seal) and in perfect sales condition. If the product is opened, used, or damaged, we may refuse the return or apply a depreciation on the refund.
Refund value: If you return products with no visible manufacturing defects, the value of the products will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded, as it is a service already provided.
Shipping costs: when there is no manufacturing defect, the customer assumes the shipping costs of the return. After receiving and checking that the product is in saleable condition, we will refund the price of the coils.
Important about 3D printing: Most problems are due to machine calibration/setup or maintenance. A filament that prints poorly for reasons beyond its manufacture will not be considered defective.
3. Returns of defective products
Definition of defects: manufacturing defects are considered to be those that affect the quality or use of the filament, for example: diameter tolerances clearly out of range; defective colorations; problems in the material (cracks, obvious irregularities) not attributable to the user or the transport.
Communication and collection: If you consider the product to be defective, please notify us immediately with the order details and description of the defect. Figutech will bear the collection costs or tell you how to proceed with the shipment at no cost to you.
Replacement or refund: Once the defect has been verified, we will arrange for the filament to be replaced with a new one at no additional cost or a full refund (including initial shipping costs and return costs). The process will be carried out within 14 days of confirmation of the defect.
No defect: if after inspection it is determined that the alleged defect is due to improper configuration, clogged nozzles or other factor unrelated to the filament, the “non-defective products” policy will apply (see section 2). In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and part of the refund may be deducted if the filament is used.
4. Exclusions and common provisions
Personalised or sealed products for hygiene: the withdrawal of personalised or sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery is not allowed, provided that this is provided for by current legislation.
Condition of Products: For full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered: packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals (if any) intact. If they show signs of use or damage, they may not be reimbursed or a reduction may be applied.
Refund period: once we confirm the receipt and condition of the products, we will proceed with the refund within the following 14 days . We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have proof of the correct return.
Product abandonment: If an item is received late or not in accordance with this policy, we will contact you for collection. If 2 months have elapsed since the notification without withdrawing the product or responding, it will be considered abandoned.
Legal rights and actions: the rights and actions recognised by current regulations on the defence of consumers and users are safeguarded.
5. Returns in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
The procedure for withdrawal or claim by default is the same as in the Peninsula, unless:
- The customer bears the shipping costs and any customs fees for returns of non-defective products.
- If the product is defective, Figutech will bear the costs, provided that the defect is confirmed upon inspection.
6. Right of withdrawal and return of orders from abroad
6.1. Orders within the European Union
The 14-day withdrawal period applies, but we are only obliged to refund the shipping costs equivalent to the original delivery address in Spain. The customer bears the costs of returning from their country of origin, except in the case of an actual defect.
6.2. Orders outside the European Union
The customer will be responsible for any tariff, customs and transport costs involved in the return, except if the product is defective in manufacture. If we confirm the defect, we assume the shipping costs of the return.

7. Returns of Outlet Products – Specific Conditions
a) Conditions for withdrawal: the right of withdrawal may be exercised provided that the product is returned in its entirety, unopened and keeping the vacuum bag and the original box in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if any of these items have been altered or damaged.
b) Shipping costs in withdrawals: we do not assume the costs of withdrawal from a non-defective product. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
c) Reimbursement for manufacturing defects: If a manufacturing defect is detected that is visible to the naked eye (e.g., tolerance or color consistency), we will refund the entire order, including the initial and return shipping costs. This measure applies especially to outlet products.
d) Limitation of liability in the 3D printing niche: given the particularity of 3D printing, we will not be liable for printing failures or problems other than obvious manufacturing defects. Most of the inconveniences derive from the configuration, maintenance of the printer or printing conditions, being the responsibility of the user.
8. Warranties
If you contract as a consumer and user, we offer you guarantees on the products marketed through this website, under the terms legally established for each type of product, answering for the lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery.
The products will be understood to be in conformity with the contract provided that: (i) they conform to the description made by us and possess the qualities presented on this website; (ii) are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended; and (iii) present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.
If any of the products are not in accordance with the contract, you must notify us following the procedure in section 3 (Returns of defective products) and through any of the means of communication provided.
The products we sell may have the characteristics of the materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics will not be considered defects or defects; on the contrary, they must be appreciated as part of the individual appearance of the product. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are inevitable and must be accepted.
