At Figutech, our Outlet products correspond to second-series filaments or filaments that were previously offered in 250 and 750 gram presentations. Although they maintain the same high quality and functionality as our first class range, they are marketed in older formats. This difference allows us to offer them at much more competitive prices.

Yes, we accept returns under specific conditions. If the filament has a visible manufacturing defect (e.g. in dimensional tolerance), we take 100% of the responsibility. In case of return of a product without factory defect, the user will assume the shipping costs, while we will refund the total price of the purchased coils (not including postage, as it is a service that was provided). We only accept returns of products in the same conditions in which they were received.

The quality of our filament starts with a careful selection of raw materials. We only use 100% virgin PLA, free of impurities and with an optimal composition to guarantee high-level results. Our colorants are recognized for their ability to produce the most vivid and homogeneous shades on the market, while the BIO reinforcing additive improves filament strength, ensuring reliable and consistent performance.

Every aspect of our raw material is designed to offer the best in technical and aesthetic quality.

For best results, we recommend setting the extrusion temperature between 195 and 210 degrees Celsius. Although it is not necessary, if you want to ensure an impression we recommend the use of a hot bed (50-60 degrees) and fixative.
